PERTUZUMAB (per TOOZ ue mab); TRASTUZUMAB (tras TOO zoo mab); HYALURONIDASE (hye al ur ON i dase) is used to treat breast cancer. Pertuzumab and trastuzumab are a monoclonal antibodies. Hyaluronidase is used to improve the effects of pertuzumab and trastuzumab.
This medicine may be used for other purposes; ask your health care provider or pharmacist if you have questions.

This medicine is for injection under the skin. It may be given by a health care professional in a hospital or clinic setting or a health care professional may give you this medicine at home.
Talk to your pediatrician regarding the use of this medicine in children. Special care may be needed.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.
NOTE: This medicine is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.

This medicine may interact with the following medications:
-certain types of chemotherapy, such as daunorubicin, doxorubicin, epirubicin, and idarubicin

Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:
-allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue
-breathing problems
-chest pain
-cough
-dizziness
-feeling faint; lightheaded, falls
-fever or chills
-loss of consciousness
-pain, tingling, numbness in the hands or feet
-palpitations
-sudden weight gain
-swelling of the ankles or legs
-unusually weak or tired
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report these to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
-diarrhea
-hair loss
-joint pain
-muscle pain
-nausea, vomiting
-pain, redness, or irritation at site where injected
-tiredness
