    Notes for Consumers: Do not take Relugolix with grapefruit or grapefruit juice. Side effects of Relugolix may get worse. If you accidentally take Relugolix with grapefruit or grapefruit juice, immediately tell your doctor about any unusual effects including chest pain, dizziness, fainting or falling spells, palpitations, shortness of breath, or a change in your heartbeat (such as a fast or irregular heartbeat).
    Notes for Professionals: Instruct patients to avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice with relugolix due to increased plasma concentrations of relugolix, which may increase the incidence and severity of adverse reactions. Relugolix is a P-glycoprotein (P-gp) substrate; grapefruit juice is a P-gp inhibitor.
