    Notes for Consumers: Do not take Grapefruit juice or grapefruit-containing foods and Osilodrostat together without talking to your health care professional. Side effects may get worse if you drink Grapefruit juice or consume grapefruit-containing foods while taking Osilodrostat. Contact your health care provider if you experience nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dizziness, extreme tiredness, or other unusual effects.
    Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit juice or grapefruit-containing foods while taking osilodrostat; concurrent use may increase osilodrostat exposure and the risk of osilodrostat-related adverse reactions. Osilodrostat is a CYP3A4 substrate and grapefruit juice is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor.
