    • Interaction: Grapefruit juice
    • Severity: Major
    • Notes for Consumers: Do not consume Grapefruit Juice while taking Glasedegib. Drinking Grapefruit Juice can increase the risk of side effects from Glasdegib including a dangerous change in heartbeat or heart rhythm. Discuss any new or worsening side effects such as decreased hunger or changes in taste, fever, tiredness, constipation, swelling, muscle pain, mouth sores, or rash. Contact your prescriber immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting or falling spells, palpitations, shortness of breath, or a change in your heartbeat (such as a fast or irregular heartbeat).
    • Notes for Professionals: Grapefruit juice should not be consumed during glasdegib therapy. Concurrent use may increase glasdegib exposure resulting in treatment-related adverse events including QT prolongation. Glasdegib is a CYP3A4 substrate; grapefruit juice is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor. Coadministration of a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor increased the glasdegib AUC by 2.4-fold in a drug interaction study.
