TRILACICLIB (trye la sye klib) decreases the risk of damage to your red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets from chemotherapy.

This medicine is injected into a vein. It is given by a health care provider in a hospital or clinic setting.
Talk to your health care provider about the use of this medicine in children. Special care may be needed.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

Your condition will be monitored carefully while you are receiving this medicine.
Do not become pregnant while taking this medicine or for at least 3 weeks after stopping it. Women should inform their health care provider if they wish to become pregnant or think they might be pregnant. There is a potential for serious harm to an unborn child. Talk to your health care provider for more information. Do not breast-feed an infant while taking this medicine or for at least 3 weeks after stopping it.
This medicine may make it more difficult to get pregnant. Talk to your health care provider if you are concerned about your fertility.

Keep appointments for follow-up doses. It is important to not miss your dose. Call your health care provider if you are unable to keep an appointment.

Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:
-allergic reactions (skin rash; itching or hives; swelling of the face, lips, or tongue)
-blood clot (chest pain; shortness of breath; pain, swelling, or warmth in the leg)
-cough
-pain, redness, or irritation at site where injected
-trouble breathing
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report these to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
-edema (sudden weight gain; swelling of the ankles, feet, hands or other unusual swelling)
-headache
-stomach pain
-unusually weak or tired
