Notes for Consumers: Do not take Cinacalcet with grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice and grapefruit-containing foods may increase the effects of Cinacalcet. Contact your prescriber immediately if you experience burning, numbness, pricking, tickling or tingling of the face, lips, tongue, hands or feet, muscle aches or pains, muscle cramps of the back and legs, difficulty swallowing, irritability, confusion, hallucinations or convulsions or seizures while taking Cinacalcet.
