Notes for Consumers: Grapefruit and grapefruit juice can increase the amount of Doravirine in your blood and increase the risk of side effects. Talk to your doctor or healthcare professional before eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while taking Doravirine. Report any new or worsening side effects including nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, dizziness, headache, tiredness, or abnormal dreams.
Notes for Professionals: Instruct patients that consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking doravirine may result in increased doravirine plasma concentrations.
