    Notes for Consumers: Do not take Grapefruit Juice with Trabectedin. Side effects from Trabectedin may get worse if you take Grapefruit Juice. Discuss any new or worsening side effects with your health care provider.
    Notes for Professionals: Avoid the concomitant use of trabectedin with grapefruit juice due to the risk of increased trabectedin exposure. Trabectedin is a CYP3A substrate and grapefruit juice is a strong CYP3A inhibitor. Coadministration with another strong CYP3A inhibitor increased the systemic exposure of a single dose of trabectedin (0.58 mg/m2 IV) by 66% compared to a single dose of trabectedin (1.3 mg/m2) given alone.
