    Notes for Consumers: Do not take Tepotinib with grapefruit or grapefruit juice. Side effects of Tepotinib may get worse. If you accidentally take Tepotinib with grapefruit or grapefruit juice, immediately tell your doctor about any unusual effects including cough, breathing problems, dark yellow or brown urine, general ill feeling or flu-like symptoms, loss of appetite, right upper belly pain, unusually weak or tired, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.
    Notes for Professionals: Instruct patients to avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice with tepotinib due to increased plasma concentrations of tepotinib, which may increase the incidence and severity of adverse reactions. Tepotinib is a CYP3A and P-gp substrate; grapefruit juice is a dual strong CYP3A and P-gp inhibitor.
