TASIMELTEON (ta si MEL tee on) treats non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder (non-24). It may also be used to treat sleep disorders in people with Smith-Magenis syndrome. It helps regulate your sleep cycle.

    Notes for Consumers: Tasimelteon may not work as well in treating your condition if you smoke Tobacco products.
