· Severity: Moderate

· Notes for Consumers: Do not take Sacrosidase (Sucrase) with acidic foods like fruit juices since these juices could decrease the actions of the Sacrosidase.

· Notes for Professionals: Sacrosidase should not be reconstituted or consumed with acidic food, like fruit juice, since the acidity may reduce the enzyme activity.
