    Notes for Consumers: It is best to avoid taking Upadacitinib with grapefruit juice and to avoid grapefruit juice completely during your Upadacitinib treatment. Grapefruit juice may increase the levels of Upadacitinib and the risk for side effects from your treatment.
    Notes for Professionals: The exposure to upadacitinib, CYP3A4 substrate may be significantly increased in patients who regularly consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice, a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor.
