• Interaction: Alcohol• Severity: Moderate• Notes for Consumers: Use caution and limit alcoholic beverages if you are using Olopatadine nasal spray. You may feel drowsy or more tired when taking these drugs together. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how these drugs affect you. Olopatadine eye drops should not generally interact.• Notes for Professionals: Caution should be used when olopatadine nasal spray is used in combination with CNS depressants like ethanol. Patients should be advised to limit ethanol ingestion while taking olopatadine nasal spray; increased drowsiness may occur.
