Grapefruit juice

· Severity: Major

· Notes for Consumers: Side effects from Enfortumab Vedotin may get worse if you drink Grapefruit Juice, including nausea, vomiting, mouth sores, and pain, tingling, numbness in the hands or feet. Discuss any new or worsening side effects with your health care provider. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you notice fever or chills, sore throat, bruising or pinpoint red spots on the skin.

· Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit juice while taking enfortumab vedotin due to the risk of increased enfortumab vedotin exposure. Enfortumab vedotin is a CYP3A4 substrate and grapefruit juice is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor.
