• Interaction: Grapefruit juice• Severity: Major• Notes for Consumers: Do not take Lorlatinib with Grapefruit Juice. Side effects from Lorlatinib may get worse if you take these together. Contact your health care provider if you experience new or unusual side effects, including cough, breathing problems, changes in emotions or moods, pain, tingling, numbness in the hands or feet, or swelling ankles, feet, or hands.• Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice due to increased lorlatinib exposure resulting in treatment-related adverse events. Lorlatinib is a CYP3A4 substrate; grapefruit is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor. Coadministration with another strong CYP3A4 inhibitor increased capmatinib exposure by 42%.
