• Interaction: Alcohol• Severity: Moderate• Notes for Consumers: Avoid the ingestion of Alcoholic beverages while taking Rotigotine. Alcohol may increase the risk of excessive drowsiness (difficulty staying awake or other side effects of Rotigotine), or may increase the risk of an accident.• Notes for Professionals: Concomitant use of rotigotine with other CNS depressants, such as ethanol, can potentiate the sedation effects of rotigotine.
