    • Notes for Consumers: Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while taking Sonidegib. Grapefruit can increase the amount of Sonidegib in your blood and increase your risk of side effects.
    • Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice while receiving sonidegib as sonidegib levels may be significantly increased resulting in increased risk of adverse events, particularly musculoskeletal toxicity. Sonidegib is a CYP3A4 substrate and grapefruit juice is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor.
