Alcohol

· Notes for Consumers: Do not drink alcohol-containing drinks while taking Griseofluvin. You may experience increased side effects such as excessive sweating, flushing or rapid heart beats. If you notice any new or unusual reactions, contact your prescriber.

· Notes for Professionals: Some of ethanol's effects can be increased by griseofulvin. Patients can experience tachycardia, diaphoresis, and flushing.
