BROMPHENIRAMINE; DEXTROMETHORPHAN; PHENYLEPHRINE (brome fen IR a meen; dex troe meth OR fan; fen il EF rin) is a histamine blocker, cough suppressant, and a decongestant. It can help relieve cough, runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, and itchy or watery eyes. This medicine is used to treat allergy and cold symptoms. This medicine will not treat an infection.

  • Docetaxel 10mg/1mL, Solution for injection

    Interaction: Grapefruit juice
    Severity: Major
    Notes for Consumers: Do not drink Grapefruit Juice while taking Docetaxel. Side effects from Docetaxel may get worse. If you notice new or worsening side effects such as fever or chills, sore throat, bruising, pinpoint red spots on the skin, unusual weakness or tiredness, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and/or cramping, or if you notice new or worsening tingling in fingers and/or toes, or inability to pick-up items with your fingers, contact your health care provider immediately.
    Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit juice while on docetaxel due to increased plasma concentrations of docetaxel. Docetaxel is a CYP3A4 substrate and grapefruit juice is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor. Concomitant use with another strong CYP3A4 inhibitor increased docetaxel exposure by 2.2-fold.
