    Notes for Consumers: Do not take Duvelisib and Grapefruit Juice together without talking to your health care provider. Side effects from Duvelisib may get worse if you take Grapefruit Juice or grapefruit-containing foods.
    Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit juice while taking duvelisib due to increased duvelisib exposure. Duvelisib is a CYP3A substrate; grapefruit juice is a strong CYP3A inhibitor. The increase in exposure to duvelisib is estimated to be approximately 2-fold when used concomitantly with strong CYP3A inhibitors such as grapefruit juice.
