    Notes for Consumers: In theory, Tobacco smoking may increase the risk of serious lung side effects of Bleomycin. Talk to your prescriber about stopping Tobacco smoking if you are receiving Bleomycin treatment. Discuss any new or worsening side effects, such as a persistent, non-productive cough or shortness of breath, with your health care provider while you are receiving Bleomycin treatment.
    Notes for Professionals: The manufacturer warns that patients who are receiving bortezomib concurrently with CYP3A4 inhibitors, such as grapefruit juice, should be closely monitored for potential toxicity.
