· Notes for Consumers: Smoking Tobacco may cause a decrease in the effects of Bendamustine. Bendamustine is only used in a hospital or clinic and your health care provider will closely monitor its effects. Tell your doctor if you have been Smoking Tobacco.

· Notes for Professionals: Smoking tobacco may cause a decrease in bendamustine exposure, which may result in decreased efficacy. Bendamustine is a CYP1A2 substrate and tobacco is a CYP1A2 inducer.
