    Interaction: Grapefruit juice
    Severity: Moderate
    Notes for Consumers: Do not take Grapefruit juice with Glecaprevir without approval from your prescriber. Side effects may get worse if you drink Grapefruit juice while taking Glecaprevir. Discuss any new or worsening side effects with your health care provider.
    Notes for Professionals: Caution is advised with the coadministration of glecaprevir and grapefruit juice as coadministration may increase serum concentrations of glecaprevir and increase the risk of adverse effects. Glecaprevir is a substrate of P-glycoprotein (P-gp); grapefruit juice is a P-gp inhibitor.
